What is Ordinal Hive?

Ordinal Hive is the first Ordinals trading platform tailor-made for professional traders. Current marketplaces focus on the retail experience, meaning specific features needed for high-risk, speculative trading aren’t included. As traders ourselves, we understand just how inconvenient this is, so our mission is to create a platform where degen traders have all the elements and features necessary to have the optimal trading experience. This means faster tx speeds, lower tx fees, pro features, real-time data, and more.

What do you mean by professionals?

Where did the name come from?

Since we knew we were going to be focused on Ordinals, we decided that “Ordinal” should be incorporated into our naming, but we eventually settled on “Ordinal Hive” because it’s one of our goals to be more than just the first pro Ordinals trading platform.

Our primary focus is becoming the best trading platform - yes - however we also want to be a community where new and experienced traders can all learn and collaborate. One of the coolest parts of Ordinal collections is that each one has a dedicated community following, so one thing that we hope our platform can do is become a central hub where all the various communities can come together. The way we see it, this will make both our platform and the overall Ordinals community stronger!

What do you do differently from other tools?

Our platform is specifically designed to cater to professional traders, so all of our tools and features are meant to address the various needs and pain points these traders currently experience. Key features that will be included during the launch are high tx speeds, low transaction fees, and pro features like advanced market analytics. Post-launch, we plan on adding more features to further optimize the trading experience, and we are dedicated to continuously innovating to be the best Ordinals trading platform available. We also want the user to be part of the process and will optimize the platform to fit the user's needs. We are user-obsessed!

Could you tell me more about the team?

Our core team at Ordinal Hive brings together a diverse set of skills and experiences, uniquely positioning us in the blockchain space. The leadership, comprising individuals with extensive backgrounds in blockchain technology, development, and entrepreneurship, drives our visionary approach. Our technical team, seasoned in blockchain development and smart contract programming, has been instrumental in building robust, secure, and scalable platforms. With previous successes in creating various marketplaces in the digital asset space, our full-stack developers bring a wealth of Web3 experience, ensuring both the front-end and back-end of our platform are cutting-edge. Our business development strategists, with their deep understanding of market dynamics, play a critical role in shaping our growth and outreach strategies. Together, this formidable team embodies a blend of innovation, technical prowess, and strategic planning, setting Ordinal Hive apart in the rapidly evolving world of blockchain technology.

Who is the platform available to?

Our platform will be released in three stages: Testnet, beta, and launch. For our testnet and beta, everyone on our waitlist will be eligible for access.

If you miss our testnet and beta, our official launch will have zero restrictions, so everyone will be able to get in on the action.

When are you launching the tool?

Our testnet will be launching within the next couple weeks. We’ll be using our testnet to make sure everything we’ve built up until now is up to our standards, and once we’re sure everything checks out, we’ll be moving onto our live beta. Just like the testnet, we’ll be using our beta to make sure everything is functioning correctly, and once we’re sure we’re good, we’ll proceed with our official launch.

Are there ordinals or tokens associated with the project?

That’s a secret. All I can say right now is that you guys definitely want to stay tuned for future announcements and also make sure to continue trading.😉

What about WL?👀

We’ve already opened up the waitlist twice, and don’t plan on opening it up again a third time. However, we’ve been working with various partners to do waitlist giveaways, and we have other events planned to provide opportunities to sign up. We announce everything on our X-account, so make sure you’re keeping an eye out so you don’t miss out.
